This was the quote which was embroidered into wedding lehenga of Anita Dongre’s daughter in
law, Benaisha kharas Dongre looked like a character out of a romantic novella in her gota patti
lehenga which was handcrafted in Rajasthan. Her lehenga smacked of elegance laced with a
tinge of craft by Anita Dongre herself. Kharas dongre paired her dress with a polko chokaer,
mathapatti and earrings.

As the love smitten couple exchanged vows, tranquil mountains of Mussorrie echoed the joy ofthe families, this plush affair was attended by close family members and friends, everyone present at the venue was besotted by the beauty of the Mountains; the grandeur and opulence ofthe JW Marriot Resort added flavors to the occasion. The décor was hugely complemented by sprawling mountains in the backdrop, the rustic verdant flower arrangements gave an enchanting flavor to the minimalistic décor, it was one of those decor which will give a very hard time to critics; simple, elegant and imbibing hues of nature.“Impeccable” is the word to describe the dresses adorned by the couple and the guests, and why not, when the real craftswomen Anita Dongre was overlooking everything.

Dresses were
designed by Anita Dongre Couture and there was no room for any flaw, the bride and the groom
chose not to adorn heavy embroidered dresses to enjoy their wedding more fervently. During the
pre wedding functions the couple chose to wear custom made designs from Anita dongre.
Comfort was paramount to the couple and thus they chose to slip into rather comfy clothes. The
bride wore a white cropped skirt and top with a lapel-style collar, which juxtaposed floral
references in green and blue. The groom chose to pair her with a bandhgala and white pants.
